Since 1972 George H. Freisem has been engaged in the practice of law representing business clients in commercial transactions in Georgia and in neighboring southeastern states. His practice includes the planning, structuring, negotiating, financing, and closing of commercial real estate transactions involving virtually all categories of commercial real estate and business transactions. These include the following areas:

- Representation of automobile dealers, franchisees, and licensees including closing of sale transactions for authorized dealerships selling Mercedes-Benz, Rolls Royce, Porsche, Audi, Infiniti, Honda, Acura, Volkswagen, Ford, and Chevrolet automobiles
