JOHN A. SWANN

John A. Swann is a partner in the law firm of Freisem, Macon, Swann & Malone, LLP in Atlanta where his primary areas of practice are retail and commercial collections. He received his B.A. degree from John B. Stetson University and his J.D. degree from Emory University. Mr. Swann is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Creditor’s Right Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Since 1999 he has served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia involved in the collection of past-due individual income and sales taxes.
